Where & How to Enter Nix Boss Room
- Location: Nix resides in Nixie’s Lake. You must interact with Spirit Nixie at coordinates (113, 109) to enter the boss area.
- Entry Item: Each party member needs a Spirit Nixie’s Shard, purchased from NPC Priest James at Elbeland. The item is consumed upon entry.
- Party Rules:
- Up to 5 characters may team up. Solo entry is also allowed.
- Only one party can enter at a time (or solo). While active, entrance is blocked for others.
- If all party members die, the entrance reopens and Nix resets.
Nix's Skills & Battle Mechanics
Energy Ball | AoE damage; high chance to reduce both Defense and Attack Damage for 30s.
Ice Rain | AoE damage; small chance to freeze targets for 30s.
Ice Breath | AoE cone or spray; slows movement speed for 60s.
Ice Boom | Follows Ice Breath—casts a circle under targets; sharp ice shards fall after 2s for heavy damage.
Knowledge Absorption | At low HP: Nix becomes invincible for 3 minutes, summons two Ice Barriers, and repeatedly casts Ice Rain. If barriers aren’t destroyed within 3 minutes, he summons 20 monsters. Barriers only take elemental damage.
Devil Eyes | Near death: a magic circle is generated randomly. After 10 seconds, black ice rains on all outside areas—anyone caught dies instantly.
HP Recovery | If no one is in attack range, Nix regains HP every second.
Recommended Strategy & Tips
- Stay Close — Avoid letting the boss recover health by keeping characters within attack range at all times.
- Barrier Management — Prioritize destroying the Ice Barriers during Knowledge Absorption. Use elemental damage spells or weapons specifically tailored for this.
- Devil Eyes Awareness — Heed indicator circles to avoid instant-kill rain. Quickly move inside the safe area.
- Debuff Preparation — Bring cleansing abilities or items to counteract defense/attack reductions, freezes, and slow effects.
- Team Comp & Speed — Fast mobility (speed buffs or high base movement) helps dodge AoE skills and reposition during critical mechanics.
