Spider Artifacts
Artifact System introduces a unique equipment slot that allows characters to enhance their abilities through specialized items known as artifacts. Here's a comprehensive overview of how the system operates:
- Introduction to Artifacts:
Artifacts are equippable items that provide various enhancements to your character's stats and combat capabilities.
They are designed in hexagonal shapes, resembling puzzle pieces, and come in multiple types, each offering distinct benefits. - Artifact Slots and Equipping:
Your character has a dedicated artifact slot accessible via the inventory interface.
To equip an artifact:
Click the artifact button in your inventory to open the artifact slot UI.
Drag and drop the desired artifact from your inventory into the appropriate slot.
Each slot is designated for a specific artifact type (e.g., Spider Artifacts can only be placed in Spider Artifact slots).
You cannot equip multiple artifacts of the same type simultaneously. - Types of Artifacts:
Artifacts are categorized based on the number of connected hexagonal segments:
Type 1: Single hexagon.
Type 2: Two connected hexagons.
Type 3: Three connected hexagons.
β¦and so on.
Each type offers unique options, such as increased defense, enhanced attack power, or additional elemental attributes. - Enhancing Artifacts:
Artifacts can be upgraded up to +15 to amplify their effects.
Enhancement is performed through the Chaos Goblin NPC in Noria:
Materials Required:
The artifact you wish to enhance.
Artifact Enhancement Stones.
A specified amount of Zen.
If enhancement fails, the artifact is not destroyed; however, its enhancement level decreases by one. - Obtaining Artifacts:
Artifacts are crafted using Artifact Fragments:
Collect Artifact Fragments from events like the Fortress of Imperial Guardian, Ashen Aida Rabbit invasion or Tier V Elite monsters.
Combination Process:
Visit the Chaos Goblin NPC in Noria.
Combine Artifact Fragment with 25 Jewels of Creation and a Zen fee.
Successful combination yields a random artifact ranging from Type 1 to Type 7. - Dismantling Artifacts:
Unwanted artifacts can be dismantled to obtain Artifact Enhancement Stones:
This process is also facilitated by the Chaos Goblin NPC. - Full Set Bonus:
Equipping a complete set of artifacts without any empty slots activates a full set bonus, such as an increase to all stats. - Artifact Option Grades
When crafting an artifact you get three artifact options with random grade starting from Grade 5 till Grade 10. Option values depend on the artifact grade, it's a similar how harmony roll options work.
Each Option is individual and the grade is randomly chosen when crafting. Options can not be upgraded so options you get when crafting are the final artifact options.
You should keep that in mind before upgrading your artifact to +15 - Artifact Options
All artifacts come with 3 options (Options are not random), each artifact type has different options (see below).
