MU Online – Gremory Case System Overview
The Gremory Case is a special storage system used for holding rewards from various in-game events, quests, and features. It serves as a temporary inventory where rewards are placed automatically when they cannot be delivered directly to your character’s inventory.
There are multiple tabs: Character, Account, Personal Store. Rewards are issued to Character or Account gremory case.
How to Access the Gremory Case
You can open the Gremory Case in either of the following ways:
- By pressing “K” in the game client.
- Through the Menu → Gremory Case option
Storage Duration
Items stored in the Gremory Case remain available for 10 days. After this period, they expire and disappear, so make sure to claim them in time.
Character Switching for Rewards
Sometimes rewards do not appear immediately in the Gremory Case.
If this happens, switching character (re-logging) often refreshes the system and makes the rewards visible.
Storage Capacity
The Gremory Case has 50 slots.
If it becomes full and you continue receiving rewards:
- The oldest unclaimed reward will be automatically replaced by the newest one.
- To avoid losing items, regularly check and claim your rewards.
If you will have rewards that are about to expire you will receive warning message in system messages.
