Pentagrams and Errtels

The Elemental System revolves around the use of Pentagrams and Errtels. This system adds another layer to the game's combat mechanics by introducing elemental advantages and strategies.
Errtel and Pentagrams are managed by Adniel NPC in Elbeland and Acheron, all the upgrades and leveling up is done there.

There are 5 Elements in the system:

Fire 🔥
Water 💧
Earth 🌍
Wind 💨
Darkness 🌑

All elements deal the same damage so it's not important which one you choose.
Element can also be changed to your liking.
Any element errtel can be used with any other or same element pentagram

Pentagrams

Pentagrams are special equipment used to activate the elemental system (elemental damage).
They unlock elemental attacks both PvP and PvE and allow you to deal damage based on your chosen element.
Level Upgrade chances can be viewed in Server Information

Pentagram Features:

• Element Type: Each Pentagram is assigned to a specific element (as mentioned above).
• Elemental Attack and Defense: Pentagrams increase both your elemental attack power and elemental defense.
• Slots for Errtels: Pentagrams have slots where you insert Errtels to boost stats or gain unique effects, slot count is random when pentagram is obtained (1-4 slots).
  • Slots can not be added (only 5th (radiance) slot can be added using Expansion Scroll Radiance)

How to Obtain Pentagrams:
Drop from bosses (Core Magriffy) and elemental mini-bosses in Acheron Debenter.
Everyone starts with a Beginner Pentagram.

Regular Errtels

Errtels are items that enhance the power of Pentagrams.
They are element-specific and provide additional stats or special effects.

Errtel Types:

• Errtel of Anger: Boosts elemental attack power.
• Errtel of Blessing: Boosts elemental defense.
• Errtel of Integrity: Boosts resistance to elemental damage.
• Errtel of Divinity: Provides unique special effects.
• Errtel of Radiance: Provides unique special debuff.

Upgrading Errtels
Each type of errtel has total of 3 ranks, each rank has a seperate upgrade level, rank starts +0 and can be upgraded to +10
Rank can be increased using 2 errtels of the same type and rank (+7 minimum). For example to get rank 3 Errtel of Anger you need 2x rank 2 Errtel of Anger +7.
When increasing the rank upgrade level of previous ranks will be kept from the main errtel, the second errtel only works as an upgrade material.

Other Information
To apply errtel to the Pentagram, you have to Alt + Right Click your pentagram (you can't wear your pentagram during this) and insert the errtel in the right slot.
If the slot is gray it means your Pentagram doesn't have the specific slot available and the errtel can not be used for this Pentagram (this doesn't apply to radiance slot).
Errtels can be removed from Pentagram but there is a 10% chance you can lose your errtel. You should use Blessing of Spirit from Elemental Capsule to safely remove errtel.
Errtel upgrades are 100%, as long as you have Elemental Runes to upgrade your errtels you're fine.

Mastery Pentagrams

Pentagrams that are at least +11 level can be upgraded to Mastery Pentagram.
Mastery Pentagrams add 1 - 4 new Attribute option slots.
Mastery Pentagrams can only use Mastery Errtels, with the exception of the Radiance errtel.
See below which Pentagrams can be upgraded into one of two Mastery Pentagrams.

To upgrade pentagram to Mastery, you need:
Pentagram +11 - +15 (See above for available pentagram list)
Pentagram Emblem (can be bought from Priest James for ruud)
30x Jewel of Bless
30x Jewel of Soul
10x Jewel of Creation
100kk Zen

⚠️ This upgrade is only 100% if Pentagram is +15, otherwise the success rate is between 80% and 100%! If you fail the upgrade you will lose your Pentagram.
After Upgrade your pentagram will be upgraded into Mastery Pentagram +0

Mastery Pentagrams Attribute
Attribute slots are added when you upgrade Pentagram to Mastery Pentagram. Amount of attribute slots is based on your errtel slot count and Pentagram upgrade level.
You can have maximum of 4 attribute slots.

To add an option to the slot select Create Pentagram Elemental Option in the NPC, the required materials are:
Mastery Errtel Level 3 or higher
10x Jewel of Creation
10kk Zen
Success Rate: 100%

The option is based on the mastery errtel you used to add the option:

• Errtel of Anger = Attack Against specific element
• Errtel of Blessing = Defense Against specific element
• Errtel of Integrity = Attack Against specific element
• Errtel of Divinity = Defense Against specific element
  For example if you use Errtel of Anger (Wind), you will get Attack Against Wind Element option.

However certain limitation apply to this:

• The Elemental Option cannot duplicate a similar option that has the Pentagram in its Relative Options.
• You cannot add 2 attack options against the same element, for example, you cannot add 2 attack options against wind.
• You cannot add 2 defense options against the same element, for example, you cannot add 2 defense options against fire.

The attribute option can also be level up. To level up choose Enhance Pentagram Elemental Option in NPC. You will need Elemental Runes and Zen for it.
Each upgrade costs 25kk Zen and has 100% success rate.
If you for some reason want to change this attribute option it can be removed and a new one can be created.

Mastery Errtels

Mastery Errtels are very similar to Regular Errtels, they both serve the same idea - enhance the power of Pentagrams.
However there are some major differences here.

Mastery Errtels have 4 types of errtels, Radiance doesn't have a Mastery upgrade. You can use regular radiance errtel in mastery pentagrams.
To craft a Mastery Errtel maximum of Rank 3 Regular Errtel can be used!
Mastery Errtels have tiers instead of ranks

• Rank 1 = Normal Tier (1 Option)
• Rank 2 = Rare Tier (2 Options)
• Rank 3 = Unique Tier (3 Options)

When upgraded to Mastery, errtels can have 2 different set options (same idea as ancient items):

• Passionate (Defense)
  • If 2 Passionate Errtels equipped: Elemental Defense Increase +250
  • If 4 Passionate Errtels equipped: Defense Increase +250, Elemental Base Defense Increase +250
• Fighting Spirit (Attack)
  • If 2 Fighting Spirit Errtels equipped: Elemental Attack Power Increase +250
  • If 4 Fighting Spirit Errtels equipped: Maximum Attack Power Increase +250, Elemental Damage Increase +250

Upgrading to Mastery Errtel
Errtel upgrade success chance increases based on Errtel level.
When upgrading all errtel options stay.
To upgrade Regular Errtel you need:
Regular Errtel at least Rank 1 +7
Errtel Emblem (can be bought for ruud from Priest James)
30x Jewel of Bless
30x Jewel of Soul
10x Jewel of Creation
25kk Zen

⚠️ This upgrade is only 100% if Regular Errtel is Rank 3, otherwise the success rate is between 70% and 100%! If you fail the upgrade you will lose your Errtel.
After Upgrade your Errtel will be upgraded into Mastery Errtel
⚠️ When upgrade an errtel, options that include an element will be converted to the same element of the errtel. For example Errtel of Blessing (Fire) with 2nd Rank option Water Defense increase after the upgrade option will become Fire Defense increase.

The Mastery Errtel also can be leveled up using Elemental Runes and Zen.
Each upgrade costs 25kk Zen and has 100% success rate.
